Inlet Velocity Boundry condition

Hello everybody,
I am doing one turbulent flow simulation in fluent. But I could not understand how to decide value of K and epsilon, or "intensity and length scale", or "viscosty ratio"???:confused::confused::confused:

Re

IF you know Turbulent intensity at Inlet you can choose intensity and hydraulic diameter .it's the best choise
else leave the default values unchanged

for idraulic diameter you consider this equation

De = 4 A / P

where A is area and P is perimeter; in effect if you have a cylinder the hydraulic diameter is equal to diameter of cylinder
