Where can i get source code for these functions C_U(), C_V(), C_W(), C_VOF(), C_T(), C_UDMI(), C_R(), C_MU_L ??

DoHander is on a distinguished road
Fluent is a closed source CFD code, so I don't think you will find the actual implementation for the above functions. What you can find is the functions definitions in one of your *.h files from the Fluent directory.
