Max it is giving me the error.
Tried to merge faces with different upper topoplogy or with non manifold neighbours (share the common boundary with another face). Could you kindly please see in my journal file why it is happening? |

sorry I forgot to mention that you need first to merge the volume emerging from the sweep face with the beside's one

Yes now its working.
Just wana mention that after creating the geometry and meshing as u told. The cover wall still created shadow wall. But I think its ok to work with that. Will iterate and check |
