Dear Friends,

I want to simulate heat and mass transfer phenomena in the tray dryer. in this system solid slices are dried by air flow. so, air absorb humidity of solid slices. I want to know, How can I consider mass transfer ? as I think, we just can consider hydrodynamic and heat by fluent. please tell me, How can I use results of hydrodynamic and heat for mass transfer phenomena? what is software that can help me?
