a problem about cooper a 3d mesh

i have a model to make mesh, the height only 0.0025mm to 0.008mm, i want to use cooper command to do it. i can make a good face mesh, but i cannt continune the next step. because so many element's skew> 0.97. who can help me, thank you.

high skewness should come from the small angles (left and right).
You can try to split the edges for deleting the angle (split edges and delete the extremity (triangle) where you have the angle)

if i can give you my 3D file, i have try it so many times. and how can i give you my file.

I don't know what you are trying to do, but in your case I would work in 2d. (you have very thin volume)
You have also superposed surfaces which is not correct. (Use split and/or substract tools)
Anyway regarding your skewness problem (I confirmed it comes from the small edges at corner), you need to split the edges, and then split face with vertices.
Then delete the face with angle. I mentionned face since you will work in 2d.
Since you will work in 3d, then you need to split the volume, with a face. Just sweep the first split edge (surface split with vertices) along the deep of your volume

thank you because the volume have two high points, one is 0.0025mm, the other is 0.0085mm, so i must use 3d, and i will change the dimentiones of 3d. but i cannt undertand your answer clearly, so i hope you can give me an example. and this 3d is periodic. so i didnt split the surface which must be limited. and the surface near the angle.

else you can apply a size function on the corner. Elements will be finer at the corner, preventing stretched cells.

yes, i have take a size function on the vertax in the angle, but it also cannt pass the copper,

sorry, I can't find out 3D views from your original picture.

this is my 3d file, and this is a periodic structure. and the height are 0.0025 and 0.0085.
