rotating wall

Hi,

i'm trying to simulate a double cylinder with rotating wall, but i have some problem to realize it.

the region is composed by two coassial cylinders (with radius r1 and r2 and height h) and the inlet and outlet are the two rings (the regions beetwen the circle with radius r1 e r2).
this is the first step in order to simulate a mechanical seal of a shaft so i need to have the internat cylinder rotating (it is solidal to the shaft) and the external stationary (it is solidal to the casing)

the external cylinder is stationary and the internal is rotating with angular velocity of 1000 rpm.

i'm trying to read about the moving reference frame but i don't understand how can i utilize it.
it seem that don't see the internal rotating wall and the flow is only in the axial direction without the tangential component due to the rotation.

can anyone suggest me the steps i have to perform to obtain what i want??

tks
