How to define the velocity_inlet boundary condition with existed data for a face?

Hi, my dear friends.
I meet some trouble on my simulation work. The problem can be described as fllowing,

I want to define the velocity_ inlet boundary condition with existed data for a face. The existed data are not computed from FLUENT Code but from the other method. A schematic diagram like this.

I want to use data from Fig.1 to define the face as velocity_ inlet boundary condition. I try to use UDF. I hope some body give me some advice or suggestion.

begin_f_loop(x,f, f_thread)
{
??
}
end_f_loop(f, f_thread)

Yes use a profile file like this one attached.
Then you can interpolate the values also in the profile manager. Read-> Profile
