divergence problem

Hi, i am using fluent for simulation of solidification of twin roll strip casting.In solidification model i am including pull velocity and also i am giving the option compute pull velocity.But after some time it shows error : Divergence detected in AMG solver :PULL . and also some times it give floating point error. so what i will do.Can any body suggest me
