Two phase T-junction pipe flow Viscous model

Air and water runs through an inversed-T pipe separator One tube is the inflow of air and water and the other two are the outflows. I want to measure the percentage of air and water at the two outflows in accordance with the air and water in the inflow. i am using VOF method. The problem is i can't decide which viscous model should i use. Maximum air velocity is 27m/s and water is 0,159m/s. Also max mass flow rate is 0.0106 kg/s for air and 0.049kg/s for water. I think K-epsilon is the right one. Reading the forum laminar is suitable too. Which one do you think is the best?
