Hello everybody,

I am trying to simulate (3D simulation) the flow past blunt base aerofoil at zero AOA and at low speed using DES. In DES approach, local grid size with maximum of delta x, delta y and delta z is taken into consideration. My question is, refinement of grid in two direction keeping same spacing in third direction (previous maximum among delta x, y and z) will affect the solution? (since DES will consider again the same maximum of delta x, y and z)

Regards,
Parag
