Default what turbulence models are suitable for 3D wing at transonic regime?

CADIYY is on a distinguished road
what turbulence models are suitable for 3D wing at transonic regime?
Now I use SST k-w and S-A. Except above two, which turbulence models are also suitable for 3D wing at angel of 0~6 degrees about Ma=0.85.
