FLUENT 12 cylindrical subdomain setup

1 Attachment(s)
Hi all,

I am having some trouble setting up a geomtrically simplified problem. As you can see in the picture attached, my 3D subdomain is a 12th of a cylinder which is attached to some tubing at an outer diameter distance.

The flow goes in through the inlet on the left hand side of the picture, and comes out from the outlet on the right hand side upper corner, even though it says "inlet" (in red), apologies.

The flow works as a coolant for the solid which is not shown (only the internal fluid volumes are shown) This solid, say a cylinder, spins about the main axis at a known rpm.

So, I know my inlet speed, my rpm's, where my walls, my inlet and my outlet are. But what type of boundary should I define the ones signaled by the purple arrows as? And, How do I setup the rotational speed of the system? Do I apply it as a rotational speed to the walls being defined as "moving walls"? Do I also apply a rotational speed to the fluid volumes defined by FLUENT? Do I apply one of the two or both of them?

Thanx in advance
