No option to set Vaporous Temperature in defining materials

hi to all,

It doesn't any option to set vaporous temperature in defining material in fluent. Where should it be defined?

i want use multiphase solver and in its process it becomes vapor because of temperature and pressure changes.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
