dosing period

My model consists of a stationary fluid domain with addition of same type of fluid to this fluid domain within certain dosing period through an inlet. (Dosing is addition of fluid to fluid domain within a short period and it will be stopped after that period). Does anyone know how to model on it? Thanks for your help.
