Dynamic Mesh - negative cell volume

Hello All and thanks for reading,

I am trying to build a model for a peristaltic pump in 2 dimensions.

I used the "DEFINE_GRID_NOTION" to program a motion of progressive wave, to the walls.

When I am trying to run the calculation FLUENT tells me it couldn't proceed because of "negative cell volume detected".

If anyone know what sould I do, I will be glad

Thnks

Ori

Lower your time step. If you are doing layering, time step must be adapted so that only one layer of cell will be destroyed in one time step. Doing otherwise will result in negative volume cells.
