SkullLTU is on a distinguished road
Hello,

I am new in this forum and seeking help with my assignment. I have done flow bench testing of a cylinder head. I have some experience with CFX and FLUENT also i have a design of my intake port. Problem is that whenever i flow my cylinder head in FLUENT i never get same mass flow rate results as with the real test. I am applying 0 pressure on input boundary, 6220 on output and they all operate at 1atm pressure. I tried it with laminar and k-epsilon models but always get the same flow value of ~0.5 kg/s. The actual intake port value is ~ 45.59 L/s. Could any one help me and tell me what am I doing wrong?

Thank you
