hi every body
happy valentines day !!!!!
i modeled a very complicated geometry!!! unfortunately when i check the wall Y+ , in fluent , it is so high, near 10^3 !!!!!!!!!!
but my computational results are physically true!!!

i have 8 core computer,then i cant use so so fine meshing!!!!!!!!! what should i do?
plz help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi
In practice if you r using enhanced wall treatment approach then ur Y+ should be <1 & atleast 10 cells withinn y+ = 5. If you have problem in maintaining this, then you can go for Wall function approach or standard wall functions and maintain a y+ of 30 < Y+ < 300.
