Hi,

I am simulating combustion(2-D) in a multiple slot burner.(7 slots)
The chamber is 150mm high and 115mm wide.
The fuel(methane+air) slots are 3mm wide and air slots are 10mm wide. Both are separated by a wall of thickness 1.5mm(so that makes 7 fuel slots and 8 sir slots).
The fuel inlet velocity is 1.02028m/sec and air inlet velocity is 0.04467m/sec
The walls are adiabatic so that heat is lost.
My trouble is i cant get stable flames on the burner slots for the above velocities.
Can some please point out as to what i might be doing wrong as getting stable flames for the above conditions is important for me to validate the simulations i've done with different velocities.
Thank You.
