create ring-shaped planes

Hello,

does anybody know whether it's possible to create a ring-shaped plane at FLUENT?
I want to record some parameters in a tube cross-section and tried to create such ring-shaped planes for this reason, but I wasn't successful.
Thank you for your help!

iso-clips

You will want to use Iso-Clips.

First, ensure that your domain has the correct "axial", "radial" and "tangential" directions: Cell Zone Conditions->Rotation Axis Origin->Rotation Axis Direction.

Then, create your iso-clip surface:

Surface->Iso-Clip

"Clip to values of"->Mesh
"Radial coordinate"

Set your min and max radii, click ok, and then you have the annular surface.
