hi, I have a wet surface that there is an air flow on the top of it, i want to know water mass fraction that evaporate from wet surface to air,(actually i want to model chilton-colburn analogy),how can i do it?

If you can give some more details on how you are going to calculate the mass transfer using the model, I may be able to give you some pointers
