Convergence continuity

Hi

I am having trouble getting convergence of a heat transfer problem. It is relative simple: air within a box, a heat source, and a heat sink, walls surrounding box are adiabatic (could this be the problem). The solids of the heat source and sink are modelled only as walls. I am using the incompressible ideal gas law and the flow is laminar.

It will complete 1000's of iterations with no change in residuals.

I have followed the steps as per the fluent user guide and obtained a converged solution without the energy equaion enabled, and then ran solution once enabling. Still no luck.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks
