That link died apparently. Heres something that should be more permanent. it even has a DOI now, fancy! the content hasn't changed.
Also I'm sorry but I can't answer any questions. I have since forgotten everything about whatever I wrote in this document so the document itself actually knows more than I do. I hope it is useful to someone.

hello im doing PEMFC addon module but i have problem in meshing the model into a hexa mesh. The mesh in fluid channel, catalyst and membrane looks good but the gdl and solid part are not well generated. Can anyone help me in this problem. I attach the picture of my model below. thanks in advance.
