initial temperature

hello
I've constructed a small "cold chamber" and inside exists one specified product. Thus, i'd like to know how can i consider a initial temperature for this product while i'm simulating in fluent, once the objective is to evaluate the temperature changing on it. Thanks for all the suggestions |
