Default Please help!The problem in simulation of railway train passing a tunnel

shiren77 is on a distinguished road
I use sliding mesh to simulate the relative motion between the trian and tunnel.its easy to converge,but the result is beyond my imaging,and wrong.attached is the fluent model and result contour.Any suggesiton or advice is appreciated.
