Default Density as function of depth UDF

Dear users,

I would appreciate some help regarding constructing a UDF in order to asign in the flow field a density profile as a function of depth, as an initial condition (stratified ambient fluid, for multiphase calculation). Can anyone suggest a relevant tutorial?
