Hi!
I m facing a problem in defining aluminium liquid at high temperature through Material panel in FLUENT.
can anyone have idea? what if i define new properties by overwriting water<liquid> but viscosity in that case is unknown.so, in that case should i take water's viscosity?

I am assuming the viscosity of water is going to be much less than what you would want to simulate for viscosity of molten aluminum. You should probably look up material property tables for molten aluminum that give you a value of viscosity in the temperature range you are interested in (might be difficult to find). Even if you were to find a an equation for viscosity as a function of temperature, you could and probably should implement it using a UDF.

.
Yes I searched a lot and it seems i have to put some supposed value.
should I take value for liquid water as alumina liquid?
