AMG solver divergence

Hi,
I'm modelling a more than 15 million elements absorption column. I think the setup and mesh are ok, but i'm getting AMG solver divergence.. The computer has only 4 gb RAM..the question is, could it be possible that this error message is connected with a lack of memory?
Thanks

hi,

1. Are u running it on a seggregated solver? try shifting to coupled solver, or the other way round.

2. Start the run with very small under relaxation factors, (say 0.1)

Try this, hope it works.

Cheers

Hi K_K,
I've run it on the coupled solver and I've set the under-relaxation factors low but not as low as you are suggesting me..So I'll try it.
I hope it works..Thanks
