Boundary condition using .prof file

Could someone guide me as to how the boundary condition for the a non uniform pressure profile can be set using the profile option. I need guidance as to how to write the .prof file.... Is it possible to create profiles in CFX and import them and read them in fluent as a boundary profile.

I am not sure about importing the profile file from CFX, but I believe if you can change the CFX file to a *.prof file, without messing up with the fluent profile file structure, I guess this should be possible.

Generating a profile file within fluent.. Select Boundary Condition --> Profiles -->Write--> Define new --> Select zone on the left and parameter on the right.
write this as a *.prof file. Open the file with a text editor and you should be able to add values to your profile.
