standard k-e
Hi all,
I have a simulation of a flow over a body at Re=100000. I'm going to deal it using the standar k-e and the standard near-wall treatment. Reading the FLUENT user's guide, I note a value of y+ between 30 and 300-500 must be got in order to apply the log-law, what I want. Well, I don't know how to mesh it since the cells within the boundary layer would be very larges and I'd like to get the next ones -out of the boundary- much smallers to get better results... Finally, I have read about a "scalable wall function", but I don't know if it's able to use it in this case. Could anyone help me?? I don't know if I am in the correct way... Thanks a lot! |
