Hi

I would like to know when we use pressure inlet as the boundary condition for a laminar flow , what velocity condition does fluent solver use for that point? As we have both a second order derivative for velocity and a first order pressure gradient in the Navier-Stokes equation, the pressure will be defined , but what about velocity? In the Incompressible flow , Fluent uses Bernoulli equation, but Bernoulli equation is for inviscid flow, What if the flow is defined as viscous laminar not Inviscid? How to fix a desired value for velocity at inlet together with pressure?

Thanks
