Default Stationary and non stationary option in FLUENT 13

how can I activate the "instationary" option on the version 13 of Fluent..

In the version 6, i put "define--models--solver and "steady or unsteady" but i can't show this option in version13

Are you using the inviscid model? I think this model does not activate the wall motion option.
