I success to model my flow in steady state, then I further to model flow incorporated with self-defined chemical reaction with either DEFINE_SOURCE or DEFINE_VR_RATE. Both of them were fail due to TEMPERATURE LIMITED or FLOATING POINT ERROR:INVALID NUMBER. I totally do not have idea to solve it. Please help me. It is urgent. Any solution to it?

When resorting to DEFINE_SOURCE, it is generally necessary to linearize the source term. My guess is that this is your problem. Look at the udf guide for the procedure to do it.
