Problem in fluent

Hi,
Please help
I have modelled a jet of air coming from a nozzle, striking a wall. Initially i had a coarse mesh, which after adaption i had refined. I am facing a problem that i supplied air at a velocity of 70m/s at inlet, but after iterations the max value shown at inlet level(the place i gave inlet velocity) is showing a value of 77m/s. i had again adapted the mesh, used second order upwind for the momentum calculation but still facing similar problem of overshooting of the inlet velocity.

How did you define your inlet boundary condition? What about the outlet boundary condition?

Inlet boundry condition was as "Velocity Inlet" at the inlet to the nozzle, and the outlet condition was set to "Outflow"
