Default Laminar to Turbulent transition information in Fluent 12.1??

Hello,

I simulated a flow over NACA 0015 aerofoil at a Re=63,000 using Transition SST model. I found a separation bubble on the upper surface. I would like to know how i can extract the information of where the transition has occurred. Kindly help please. Thank you.
