Hallo,

I am modelling pitching oscilattion for an airfoil with Fluent.

My question is :

For the dynamic mesh: I choose airfoil as rigid body with the udf for pitching.

Should I choose the other parts (other than airfoil, like far field and fluid) as type stationary in the dynamic mesh menu?

Any help,

Thanks in advance,
Salihovic

hi @salihovic,

Have you done dynamic meshing in airfoils
can you post some tutorials on dynamic meshing from where you have learned

I am doing a project in which angle of attack of airfoil always changes, dynamic meshing will make it simpler so please help me..
