Hi Fluent users,
I simulated a simple case of flow in an empty box using the k epsilon model and standard wall function. It's the simplest flow. steady state. no source term no complex geometry. BUT here's the thing. when i did an energy balance for the turbulence kinetic energy, it didnt sum to 0. I did this by collecting all the terms from CFD post. the dkdys,dkdxs,d2kdy2,d2kdx2,etc. Just like AlGore, Fluent Lies! |
