How to Check Mass Flow Rate in 2D Analysis - CFX

BackGround:
I want to design a 3D diffuser for Horizontal Axis tidal turbine. Purpose of the diffuser is to accelerate the incoming fluid velocity at the throat (minimum distance inside the diffuser).

My approach:
As the diffuser is symmetrical so i want to do the 2D analysis in CFX to check the velocity at the throat, as 3D meshing in ICEM is very difficult for me. i have created the mesh in ICEM for 2D model.

Problem:
I want to know the mass flow rate through the diffuser as it would be if i have done the 3D simulation, and also the drag of the diffuser ...... as i have done the 2D simulation can i still get the mass flow rate and drag ?

It may be a stupid question ..... i am new in CFX and need help from anyone of you. Thanks in advance.
