Modify Case in Fluent

Hi all,
I made a multiphase simulation about gas Scrubber. Everything's going well, and my iteration was converged without any warning. Then i saved the case and data.
The problem present when i reopen the case file, i couldnt make any modification at all, some features was unable to select, ie solver --> initialize, Define --> Grid interface, etc
There is such this warning :

Error: inquire-adjacent-threads: wrong type argument[1] (thread)
Error Object: ()

When i checked the grid, there was a warning about unassigned interface (I already paired all interfaces before save the case)

Could someone help me fix this problem?
Thanks a bunch ;)
