How to Contour Plots of 3-d model

I have a U-bend and would like to have contour plot of this using FLUENT or CFX;

If you have done a simulation, create the plane with the menu (Surface -> Plane)
For contours Results(Graphics and animations) -> Graphics (Contours) Select the variable and the plane. Click on Display For vectorss Results(Graphics and animations) -> Graphics (Vectors) Select the variable and the plane. Click on Display |

You can Export your data to Techplot for post processing
