hello;
i am working on Taylor Couette system, it's two concentric cylindres with the inner is rotating, the gap between the two cylindres is not full of fluide-benzene-, it means there are two phases air and benzene with free surface (between the two phases.
using VOF, i always find one phase (benzene) as a result in the gap, please help me.

Are you initializing your solution with only one phase (volume frac of benzene=1)? If not, is there a way for air to leave the system and benzene to enter?

thanks for intersting computerGuy, there is no velicity inlet for each phases, it means the only move is the rotation of the inner cylinder. the the volume fraction of air is 0.53

thanks computerGuy
i initiallsed the calcul with two volume fractions; 0.53 for air, and 0.47 for benzene, but in the end , i find only one phase, there is no motion (velocity inlet) for each phases, only the inner cylinder which is rotating
like is shown in the picture;
