Conducting wall

I'm trying to model a part of a heat exchanger to study the convection coefficient. I'm setting the tube walls as boundary conditions (walls) at a certain temperature. But I would like to have the fins between the tube-walls to conduct the heat.

I'm at loss at which option I should be chosing in the wall>thermal controls.
As the wall itself isn't in the geometry (meshed) I presume I should be using shell conduction, but with what other setting?
I would prefer not to impose a convection :)
