Default error in checking grid in fluent

pressure-outlet zone 6 has two adjacent cell zones
what does that error mean?

An outlet can only have one adjacent zone (the upstream domain).

You have two adjacent domains, which means that there is another domain after your outlet. Hence, the grid check is throwing the error because your outlet is not an outlet.
