Details of the model are as under:
General Solver: Pressure- Based
Velocity Formulation - Absolute
Time- Steady
Model: Eulerian, scheme- Implicit Viscous Model- K-Epsilon(2eqn), Realizable, Standard wall Function, Mixture
Phase- Phase-1 AIR
Phase-2 Carbon Solid
Boundary Condition- Air Inlet Velo: 1 m/sec
Coal Inlet : 0.5 m/sec
Volume Fraction: 0.63
Pressure Velocity Coupling : Scheme : Multiphase Coupled
Gradient: Green - Gauss Cell Based.
But I was getting the volume fraction for phase 2 as 0. Please help me in this regard.

hi,

did you solve the problem...I am also doing solid-gas multiphase simulations circulating fluidized bed reactor using multiphaseEulerFoam in OpenFoam. I have similar problem.did you solve it?
