problems with Iso-Clip

Dear all,
I want to create some planes within my geometry which are perpendicular to the centerline of my vessel model. Therfore I calculated one point of the centerline and a vector describing the normal of the plane I want to create and generated a plane afterwards by using "Surface->plane->Point and Normal". This plane was cutting my geometry at different places and therfore I entered the same coordinates (for point and normal) at "Cell Zone Conditions" for "Rotation-Axis Origin" and "Rotation-Axis Direction" and used the "Iso-Clip" function to clip the mesh to values of "Radial Coordinate". This worked fine as well and the planes look nice (see pic: planes_before). But as soon as I Save the case&data and open it again later the planes are totally messed up and sometimes they aren't presented anymore at all :-( (see pic: planes_afterwards). This happens only to the "Iso-Clip" planes. Does anybody have any idea why? Thanks a million for your help in advance! Lilly |
