problem with unwanted faces..

when i am trying to connect two meshed volumes that have a common face for conection...(example the cilinder out surface mesh is the same as the hole of a rectangular meshed volume (both face meshes are identical )gambit creates a unwanted wall...

how can i fix that problem with Tgrid???

or what can i do to dissapear that unwanted face???

no idea with Tgrid (but should be the same as in gambit), but common faces, shold be set as interface, and then in Fluent create grid interfaces by selecting both interfaces

thank you for your asessment Max.. i m wondering. what about the link that you sent me last time?? the one about Tgrid in some chapter of Fluent .. i tried last time and does not work anymore..
