Hello, all

I have a question for species transport equation.

when i use a species transport equation, temperature is increasing where species transport region only.

of course i turned off volumetric reaction, just use mixture-template

and no heat generation and heat flux.

inlet temperature is 278K and just fixed temperature 258K at wall.

But, after iteration, maximum temperature is 290K.

please tell me why?

Bests.

are you using ideal gas for the mixture density?

thank you

i use a volume-weighted density.

if i use ideal gas, density is not proper value.

density of species1 is 10 and density of species2 is 100.

but, if i use an ideal gas, density of mixture is below 10.

i think this is not a proper value.

so i use volume-weighted density.

and then, mixture density is good, but temperature is increasing.
