volume fraction problem
i have a granular - Euler-Euler model in downer S.S.
and i have a problem with the volume fraction:
no meter which value of volume fraction i input (for example 0.0088), when i check the vf vs. Radius (after the simulation is end), the vf is very very small (for input of 0.0088 i get 7.5e-5).
what am i doing wrong?!

what s the meaning of sum in volume fraction?
:confused:what s the meaning of selecting sum in "define surface monitor" for "Phrases" , "volume fraction" . I have a 2 phase domain, primary phase is air and secondary phase is water. I am going to track surface changes for water, in internet i read that I have to select sum when i intoduce monitors/surface/surface monitors/define surface monitor.
my case is a Neumerical Wave Tank.
