Suction Boundary Condtions

I am working on the separation bubble over a flat plate in Fluent. Now a problem come over. I would like to do a suction over farfield under boundary conditions that will satisfy ”du/dy=0“ wall-specified Shear and "v(x)=profile“ for suction in the same time.How can I do that? I can't find a boundary condition that satisfy the problem in the same time.
Please help me! Thank you so much!

Implementing that type of boundary condition is difficult since, it isn't even a boundary condition. Strictly speaking, boundary condition must be implemented directly, that is make your domain large enough to contain the farfield boundary and then set the appropriate pressure/velocity boundary condition. Specifying an outlet velocity profile is inconsistent with solving for the solution upstream of it.
However, on many grounds, the outflow boundary condition should accomplish a similar effect.
