FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)

Hello!
I am getting this error whenever I read the MESH in fluent.

"FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)"

I am using ICEM to create mesh.
The mesh is a simplified car geometry with PRISM volume layer on the car surface and the rest of the volume is Tetra/mixed with Meshing Method as Delauny.
The symm is the symmetry plane....

The error sequence in FLUENT is:
Building...
mesh
Note: Separating wall zone 20 into zones 20 and 1.
symm -> symm (20) and symm:001 (1)
Error:
FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)
1. Note exact events leading to error.
2. Save case/data under new name.
3. Exit program and restart to continue.
4. Report error to your distributor.

Please tell me what am I doing wrong and how to fix it...

Not sure if the same reason is for your case but I have had this problem occur to me many times even though nothing was actually wrong.

In my case, it was either a licensing / mpi error. A loss of network connection often resulted in this error.

The error does not pop up immediately and is hard to detect. Sometimes I have been able to keep working, and even started iterating only to have the program crash 15 minutes later (after I have left the working computer). I come back the next day to find out that the simulation never finished!
