Problem with avtivating Options in Dynamic Mesh
 

Hello,
I have 3d mesh of half of cylinder volume with symmetry plane. I don't have Options activated in Dynamic Mesh panel (I want to select In-Cylinder option)- why isn't it activated and how to activate this?
